Excited to share this to my readers and followers! Let's take a break from all the fashion, food, beauty and  travel talk, and let's gossip about insecurities. I am entirely sure that I am not the only person on earth who has been insecure with my armpits - actually I didn't care much about this before but when I strated my journey in the industry I am in today, I realized that I should always be prepared and be at my best as often as possible.

Lo and behold one of my fave brands on earth - Dove. One of the main reasons why I love this brand is its advocacy towards women, Dove's Original and Smooth deodorant speaks to let women turn kili-kili insecurities to confidently showing it off through the real care Dove deo gives. I've grown to love this brand and whether or not sponsored, this is something that I honestly recommend for you guys.

Raise your arms up, sisters! Haha #RealNotRetouched

Pampanga was definitely the place to be in last weekend, with SM Clark full of excited snack fans for Oishi Snacktacular 2019.

Those in the know look forward to this annual event as Oishi always makes sure to amp up its lineup of awesome games and activities each year. Guests on the lookout for something new weren't let down as a new exciting booth was unveiled. Called Fish for Chips, this booth challenged participants to literally fish for their favorite seafood-flavored Oishi snacks. Guests enjoyed filling the net bags with Fishda, Kirei, and Oishi’s newest shrimp snack, Shripon, which they were able to take home.

The much-awaited Snack Catcher remained a crowd favorite -- some fans even took their excitement up a notch, showing up in cute onesies for the booth! We spotted snack food lovers dressed up as a martial artist, a unicorn, and even an astronaut busting out their best moves to grab as many snacks as possible as they were lowered into a giant pool of Oishi snacks.

The Snack Shack was another popular booth, with guests lining up to fill their Oishi 2-foot Giant Pack with as many snacks as possible in one minute. Meanwhile, those looking to have a break after all these activities flocked to the O-Chill booth where they could choose from Smart C+ Lemon Squeeze + Yakult, Mais con Oaties or Hi Coffee Latte + Coffee Jelly -- truly refreshing with an O, Wow twist!

Guests also had the chance to bring home Snacktacular merchandise like cute Oishi friends plushies, cool t-shirts and comic-inspired tote bags at Oishi Snacktacular. More than just fun booth activities, Oishi Snacktacular made sure there was never a dull moment as there were also special performances each day. Crispy Patata endorser Alex Gonzaga wowed the crowd with her popular Chambe dance on Day 1 and toured the booths with host Sam Purvor.

Last Saturday, it was Youtube sensation and singer Janina Vela's turn to serenade the guests, while Donny Pangilinan's chill tunes proved to be the perfect accompaniment to the Sunday festivities. Not to be missed joining the fun were The Oishi friends Panya, Hippy, Pilyo, and Waifu, who are inspired by well-loved Oishi snacks.

All smiles, huge laughs, bags full of Oishi snacks -- truly, another memorable Snacktacular for everyone! Now, who's excited for next year?

I can't believe that the first month of this year is about to end. Just a month ago I copped my 2019 Starbucks Planner (for the first time) and challenged myself to keep in track of my everyday life until the end of the year; possibly not a challenge for some but, FYI, I've been trying to complete my journal for 2 years and I keep on failing, LOL. But so far, I'm proud to say that I'm doing pretty well!

Here are a few highlights of my 2019...

HIGHS:

  • Speaking of that planner, I've been pretty much on track with everything so far. Lots of inspirations and career plans are listed down so I shall keep an optimistic spirit all throughout!
  • I was able to buy my mom her washing machine! Honestly not expecting to afford it this soon, but it's one good investment. Love you mommy!
  • The dating life is going well. It's amazing to be with someone during your highs and lows, and in this case, he's probably part of everything on this list! It's crazy that I'm actually living that 'close friends turned into lovers' type of relationship, plus this is one of the healthiest things that happened in my life.
  • Learning to let go of the things I do not need. Some people usually think I have an excessively huge wardrobe, but my tiny space at home can never really fit one. Selling out a bunch of my so-so pieces to give way for the keepers. (I mean honestly speaking... there are lots of fast fashion clothes out on instagram shops and it's craaaazy! Again, go for the quality and not the quantity!)
LOWS:
  • Social media is still a bit of a torture. Currently trying to digest some ways to keep me out of that crippled norms online.
  • Surprisingly, I'm getting frustrated on getting healthier. Ever since the holidays, I've been consistently eating even when i\I'm not hungry! And going to the gym seems to be a bit of a chore for me. Really need to step-up!

Teaching myself with inhaling more positive energy this year! And I'm glad to be on my 80% best self on the first month!

Do yourself a favor and look onto your highs and lows during the previous days and weeks. Surprise yourself with the great things that happened within the first 31 days of this year!

A bunch of times I tried to keep some things hidden. All to cover the insecurities, I'd wear long sleeves on a hot weather, put on jackets on my camisoles or maybe, not just leave the house to not bother thinking of what I could wear comfortably.

The Secret:

Now, we've all been exposed to tons of whitening deos to help get rid of dark underarms, also, not to mention our obsession over "natural" methods. But little do we know how much limited benefits it could only give us despite the good results.

So here's something new and different that assures us with more than just whiter underarms.

Introducing Dove’s NEW Ultimate Repair Dark Marks Corrector. Formulated with ¼ moisturizing cream and Vitamin B3 (also known as Niacinamide), it goes beyond whitening as it not only corrects dark marks but also repairs underarm skin damage to visibly restore smooth and even-toned underarms.

It's okay to settle for a good whitening product but why settle for good if you can have something better and bolder, yes?

Lots of Filipinos of all genders, from as young as their pre-teens up to adulthood, are head-over-heels with skincare. Due to the extremes of the climate in our country, Filipinos are compelled to try different skincare products and brands just to maintain the nourishment if the skin.

I, also, transfer from one product to another because they just don't ever have a maximum effect on my skin. I came across Magnemask Sheet Mask from Olay and decided to give it a try.

Claims:

"superior technology infuses maximum benefit and leaves skin renewed and refreshed in just 15 minutes."
"reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles"
"24 hours hydration"
"revealing younger looking skin"

Review:

Juggling both my path as a blogger and having an office job, I often forget to do my skin care routine because sometimes I also work from home. So after stumbling upon this new sheetmask from Olay, I've had the best solution for multitasking work and skincare. Here's why:

Its optimal fit helps my skin get all the benefits of the mask as it covers my entire face well. I am able to do work plus drink my fave coffee while hydrating my skin. After 15 minutes, I felt instantly renewed and refreshed (as in I swear I can feel the cool residue on my face). I used a clean cotton to remove excess residue and I was good to go.

Usually my skin gets a bit dry throughout the day, which is especially noticed when I apply my makeup. Before leaving home, I decided to apply a thin layer of concealer and foundation to see how it will work, and the result is very satisfying. My skin looked so fresh the entire day.

Also, tried this mask at night before going to bed. Same procedure, but this time I let the excess residue on my skin to somehow serve as my sleeping mask. I woke up with a really soft skin! The residue was absorbed well and it left me with a glowing skin.

Overall, this product is an absolute YES for me. Would I recommend it? YES.

With that, I no longer feel the need of transferring to another product because just like Cinderella's glass slipper, Olay Magnemask Sheet Mask, is a perfect fit. <3

We've all seen the extravagant heavenly bodies inspired theme from this year's MET Gala, and one of the most awaited grand ball of well-known stars from ABS-CBN. But all thanks to E! Philippines, the blogging community was also given a spotlight to shine at our best as we celebrated the annual E! Blogger's Ball.

FYI, the first E! Bloggers Ball was just in 2016 and in its third year in 2018, bloggers, vloggers, influencers and other TV personalities are dressed in high shine.

Sharing with you my outfit from this year's ball, designed by Vee Tan of VeeTan Studios

This gown which came out as a surprise for me. It somehow reminds me of Maleficent plus when Kendall Jenner literally went all out at MET Gala 2017.

There's no story behind this design (at least on my end) since I did not have anything particular in mind to wear. I just told Vee about the theme and to my surprise she designed me this undeniably sparkly and revealing gown. But not complaining here! I'm in love!

It's a no-brainer that Makati has always been a busy city where some of the best offices, malls, and fun establishments are located, but so does traffic.

But let me share with you this Alternative Solution to Makati's Traffic!

Ayala Land has found a new home for young urban professionals that will save you from all the hassle the big city has to offer - The FLATS Amorsolo.

This 15-storey building at Amorsolo Street, Makati City features co-living spaces for lease designed to revolutionize the way young urban professionals rent in the city. It's hip, trendy and, above all things, it is close to both work and recreation.

Imagine living in a work-life balance with all the luxury of time, having less trouble traveling from home to work, going out to nearby commercial and leisure hotspots!

Innovative yet reasonably priced, the co-living units are available for a six (6) months minimum lease term. Up to a maximum of 4 occupants can share each co-living space. Units for 3 occupants and 2 occupants per room are also offered. These co-living units are perfect for longtime friends, officemates and even professionals who want to meet new flatmates to grow their network.

Each unit is thoughtfully outfitted with the features that matter most to highly-driven professionals – built-in beds, built-in cabinets, individual desk spaces, air-conditioning, a shower, and a toilet and bath. It's also internet and cable ready, so occupants are always digitally connected.

Ample security is guaranteed as each occupant gets key card access. A lobby and reception area feature basic service shops to ensure that occupants enjoy day-to-day home conveniences. Parking may be leased separately.
